應馬尼拉經濟文化辦事處(MECO)ANTHONY 商務處長邀請,商談2026年度的合作項目。
出席人員:ANTHONY處長,Terry林組長,中華經濟研究院,工研院陳顧問,簡管理師,林理事長,秘書長,副秘書長。ANTHONY處長說明以下5大項目(中英文)期待協會鼎力相助。

提案一:台灣智慧農漁週(202698–10 日)
2026 台灣智慧農業週合作內容
共同舉辦2 小時論壇,下午進行商務媒合(若TCCA同意)
菲律賓目標:向台灣市場展示菲律賓的主要出口產品及應用相關技術服務
TCCA目標:介紹台灣農業領域的冷鏈管理解決方案

預期成果:

  • 舉辦企業對企業(B2B)商務洽談
  • 創造貿易與投資機會
  • 強化農業商業與冷鏈物流領域的合作關係,並促成可能的合作備忘錄(MOU)簽署
  • 擴大菲律賓出口商的市場進入機會
 

提案二:延續與BOI(菲律賓投資委員會)CCAP(菲律賓冷鏈協會)的交流

BOI目標:發表菲律賓冷鏈產業 AIM! 發展策略

TCCA目標:提供冷鏈物流培訓課程綱要的指導與介紹

CCAP目標:說明冷鏈物流培訓課程綱要的實施計畫,並協助引薦相關企業給TCCA以促進潛在商業合作

預期成果:

  • 透過系統化商務媒合,找出尚未開發或潛在的合作領域
  • 建立並對齊技術工作小組委員會(Technical Working Group Committee
 

建議本專案推動程,預定正式開班計劃
1–2 週:協調課程,師資,參訪各項工作

  • 彙整重點結論
  • BOICCAP共識優先事項
  • 擬定合作推動框架

3–4 週:項目參加有關單位,成員的確認與聯繫

提案三:參訪 International Food Exhibition Philippines(菲律賓國際食品展)IFEX 2026(考察)

CITEM目標:向TCCA介紹食品製造與冷藏服務相關企業,需要冷鏈管理解決方案

TCCAM目標:尋找參與 International Food Exhibition Philippines(菲律賓國際食品展)商機和需要企業對TCCA會員公司能提供管理解決方案有需求的合作機會

預期成果:
CITEM Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions

  • 冷鏈管理解決方案上找出合作機會
  • 利用IFEX作為平台與出口商、零售商及經銷商建立連結,拓展菲律賓市場合作機會
  • 分享食品產業先進技術特別是在智慧農業、水產養殖及食品加工領域,以提升生產力

提案四:參與 BIO Asia–Taiwan 2026台菲論壇

貿易與工業部(DTI)目標向需要醫藥與醫療產品冷鏈管理解決方案的企業進行介紹

TCCA目標:展示針對醫藥與衛生保健醫療產品的高效率專業運輸解決方案

預期成果:

  • 提供溫控敏感生物醫藥產品(如疫苗與細胞療法)運輸的專業能力,支持台灣快速成長的生醫供應鏈展示
  • 發掘參與 BIO Asia 2026 台菲論壇的潛在合作夥伴

提案五:參展台北國際食品展Taipei Food Show 20262026624–27日)

貿易與工業部(DTI)目標引薦需要冷鏈管理解決方案,提供菲律賓食品出口商給TCCA協會成員公司,提升級高效且安全的市場配送解決方案

TCCA目標:將冷鏈管理專業系統作為食品出口到台灣市場的重要推動工具

預期成果:

  • 協助菲律賓出口產品,需要導入冷鏈提升保存期限、品質及市場競爭力
  • 促成初步商務媒合進一步發展為試點計畫、合資合作或服務合約
  • 提供台灣冷鏈標準、法規要求及食品物流配送最佳實務的案例

Format: 2-hr forum followed by business matching sessions in the afternoon (if TCCA will allow)

To showcase Top Export Commodities and tech-enabled services from the Philippines to Taiwan Market

Feature Cold Chain Management Solutions in the Agricultural Sector of Taiwan

Expected Outputs

•Conduct of business-to-business meetings

•Generation of trade and investment leads

•Strengthened partnerships in agribusiness and cold chain logistics and possible MOU signing

•Expanded market access for Philippine exporters

Proposal No. 2 Follow up on the Engagement Meetings with BOI and CCAP-

To present the Philippine Cold Chain Industry AIM! Strategy

To provide guidance and feature on Cold Chain Logistics Training Course Syllabus

To present implementation plans for the Cold Chain Logistics Training Course syllabus and facilitate the introduction of relevant companies to TCCA for potential business partnerships

Expected Outputs

•To identify remaining or potential areas of collaboration through structured business matching sessions

•Establish and align with the Technical Working Group Committee

•Identify areas of collaboration with CITEM on Cold Chain Management Solutions

•Utilize IFEX as a platform to connect with exporters, retailers, and distributors to build partnerships in the Philippines

•Share advanced technology for the food industry, specifically in smart agriculture, aquaculture, and food processing to improve productivity

Proposal No. 4  Participation at BIO Asia – Taiwan 2026

To introduce companies requiring cold chain management solutions for pharmaceutical and healthcare products

To showcase specialized, high-efficiency transport solutions for pharma and healthcare products

Expected Outputs

•Provide expertise in transporting temperature-sensitive biopharmaceutical products, vaccines, and chain cell therapies, essential for showcasing Taiwan's growing biomedical supply

•Identify possible collaborators from companies joining BIO Asia 2026

Proposal No. 5  Food Taipei Show 24-27 June 2026

Participation at Taipei Food Show 2026

To identify and introduce Philippine food exporters to TCCA that require cold

chain management solutions to support efficient and safe market distribution

To put its Cold Chain management solution expertise as a Market access enabler for food exports

Expected Outputs

•Support the identification of Philippine export products requiring cold chain integration to enhance shelf life, quality, and market competitiveness

•Enable initial business matching discussions that may lead to pilot projects, joint ventures, or service agreements

•Provide insights on Taiwan’s cold chain standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for food logistics and distribution
